Edit: Ah crap, wait, it's one of the Army Men games, isn't it? I'll go with Army Men: Sarge's War.

Haven't played an Army Men game past RTS as I never had a console until recently so I had to look at some screenshots of the newer games in the series. In earlier games equipment was apparently always of the same colour as the characters, in Sarge's War there's some greyish details like on your picture. Also, I recognise the sandbags from your picture in this screenshot.

I've never played the console games, or any of the 3d ones. But I've always liked the top down games. Army Men II being my favorite


Yep it's Sarge's War.

Yeah, well, I presumed that the skin colour was this weird because of a limit colour palette or something (heck, for some reason most human characters in Jedi Knight are also yellow), also the equipment in different colours than the skin and uniforms really threw me off because traditionally in the series all equipment is in the same colour as the characters using it (as you most definitely know). Only upon second glance I noticed that the soldier's scale was also off.
