That is Impossible Mission on the Specxtrum by the look of the colors. The bit at the bottom middle of the screen where you collect the various clue parts and have to put the key together.

It's indeed Impossible Mission, but it's not the ZX Spectrum version.  The screenshot was taken from a <span class="bold">browser-based remake</span> developed by Krisztián Tóth, which is based on the original C-64 version.
