Heh, since it was mentioned, I just have to share this shot of that Steam game. Okay, that demon might not be a reference to Legend, but that hair can only be Jareth, the Goblin King (and, in fact, that same mob spawned later, with the name Jareth).

Edit: Aaaaand the file name got cut off. It was "Tim Curry & David Bowie".

Yeah, Daikatana and Anachonox spring to mind - was he in Deus Ex? If not then DE is the only Ion Storm game not to feature him! (only one to get a sequel too - co-incidence?)

He certainly was in Deus Ex Human Revolution. I snapped a shot of it when I bumped into him.

As to the picture, it's not Commander Keen, you can see ceiling and floor. The ceiling/floor texture looks more like something out of Doom

It reminded me more of Duke Nukem 3D, LA Rumble.
