I had to check myself, I hadn't played that game in well over 15 years, so I wasn't sure. That was one of the first games I played on PC as well.

Ah, Superkicks was the name of it. It was licensed by Chuck Norris for a while, though, but they dropped it from the title for later releases, kinda like Mike Tyson's Punch Out.

That's it! I've only played the Shareware version, but I like it. It's quite difficult, though.

Yep, Chuck Norris Superkicks on Atari 2600. It came as a double-ender cartridge with another game I forget the name of at the moment but I seem to recall was similar to Scorched Earth.

Edit: Ah yes, it was "Artillery Duel/Chuck Norris Superkicks" double-ender cartridge.
