toxicTom: That was quick. Correct. Had this version in my old peg-legged eye-patched day. Of course without a manual I was totally lost and didn't know what to do. It still was fascinating to watch the game just run - people running around, events happening somewhere else...

PaterAlf: Same here. I never found out what to do, but I returned to the game over and over again.

Next one:
Ahh I know this game.... dont remember the name, something with Planet at the beginning... AHHH (must think) ^^

PaterAlf: Snip...

Next one:
Planet's Edge, a very good game that I nearly finished, had one last sector to go but I think I fouled up somewhere and dropped the game out of frustration since I couldn't progress.

I especially remember a time when I hit a high tech sector planet straight out of Sol, getting into a fight and grabbing the dead enemy's weapon (a tac nuke?) and skedaddling the heck out of there. That made most of the sectors easy to handle, since I could take down enemies in one shot.

Planet's Edge it is. I would really love to see it on GOG. It was made by New World Computing (I think the Might and Magic mastermind Jon Van Caneghem was involved), I wonder who holds the rights now?

Vote for it on the wishlist!

Voted, I tried to get back into it a couple of times but the space combat frenzy was the deal-breaker for me. Wouldn't mind going down memory lane again if GOG can get it.

Now for the next one, another unfinished game:

Keef the Thief? (Feef?)

Edit - unfinished?
Errr.. Keef the Thief 2: Electric Boogaloo?

Edit again - Oh YOU didn't finish it! OK back to the first guess then!

Correct, Keef the Thief, I never got past the beginning with the (first?) town and surrounding area.

Your turn.

methinks a hint is needed here.
You know that saying "I'm too old for this shit"?
Well, it's the inverse for me. I'm too young for this shit! :D
I know none of the games you guys posted in the last weeks. xD
LOL, it seems I'm not as young as I would like :) The latest screen is from a game about 25 years old called Earthrise. It's a text-based game, where you type in the actions the character should perform. My brother got it from somewhere back then and we tried to play it, but since we were pretty young and didn't know English that well, we were never able to make significant progress.

That is correct, I would once again like to say it's much appreciated when people reply when giving an answer as it makes it easier to notice.

Weird... I was under the impression I was replying. Maybe messed something up with BE,

Anyway, here is another one in the same style.
