Densetsu: Well, that certainly didn't take long. :)

Ghorpm: Well, I certainly spent a lot of time playing this game ;)

Next: so... how about some experiment? Try not to blow your lab, ok? Oh, wait! You did it anyway ;)
Looks like one of games with S. Holmes in the name.

Apparently (and I'm only looking this up) its the 3rd in the 'moves' series of Army Moves and Navy Moves - which do seem to ring some bells somewhere, however this one dropped the 8bits and, for some bizarre reason, the Amiga, only appearing on PC DOS and Atari ST!

As if you DO only do ST and DOS and not Amiga - madness!

That's correct. It is part of the Moves series: Army Moves, Navy Moves, Arctic Moves. There was a remake of Navy Moves, but I don't think it even get released.
I spent countless hours on this game but on the tabletop board game version ;) Playing it with a friend is a great experience. Against the computer - not so much.

Yup, it's Stratego :)
Right!
How come I always seem to get a go when I'm about to disappear somewhere? I'm off to London in a bit so you might have to find the pic on mobygames and post it as proof yourselves if you don't guess within the hour, no idea if its easy or hard, never heard of it until my mate was going on about it in the pub a couple of weeks back...

Hope you're all here safe and well when I get back - see yas!
