I thought I was going to give you something challenging while I was away. I did not expect it to be quite so challenging though.

Anyway, this game deals with an alternative cold war scenario, where the cold war has gone hot. You get to spread your (virtual) wings over Europe during the 60's & 70's.

Ugh actually never mind... I only now noticed the tank icons on screen and that it's Europe on the minimap. >.<

I can even remember that the game has a pretty nice supply system. I was thinking about Wargame Construction Set series but I've checked it and none of them resemble your screenshot...

Seems Rise 2: Resurrection, Rise of the Robots series, Nice fighting game, sadly not popular. Played with Psx.
