More than playing I would say I am fighting the camera in BloodRayne 2. The main person sucks... blood, lots of it.
Nowadays i am playing Don´t Escape: 4 days to survive, i finished one time but i will play twice because i want to see other day possibilities. I have this game from a giveaway and i don´t regret it, it´s a very enjoyable adventure.
Sea Dogs 2: City of Abandoned Ships
Started playing as Diego and also used a mod mostly only for bugfixes like combined modpack 1.7 also with an extra patch i found for fixing the weather and camera fix for this game added to the 1.7 patch.
So not sure how much i am gonna play this game, since some cities lag a little but i wanted to try it on this old pc while other places don't lag.
Anyway choosen the french flag, started at french city and don't know if at start i should get a smaller ship than the current sloopy i own or get a moneylender loan since the beginning is brutal. Only 500 starting money then gambled on a game similar to black jack and had 1000 money. Tried trading and i don't think i am getting good prices enough on the exports(green arrow) and then when i want to sell something that is meant for importing i can't seems to get a good price or find it(blue arrow). And the ship at start has like a 50% hull damage already.
Sea combat is kinda understandable but since i don't have enough money i don't have a large enough crew to do anything in fights and melee ship battles are too hard because lack of crew and being at the beginning with my captains equipment.
And when i reached 1 month ingame the crew wanted 1960 money from me while i had less than that.
So i am still kinda figuring out how to play this game.

I remember that being an issue in Super Mario 64, and the DS version didn't fix it. (On the other hand, in the DS version Yoshi appears *much* earlier in the game.)
I've been playing with my Switch a lot more recently. It's as much about not neglecting it as it is not running my space heater of a PC in the summer months. Without any A/C at the house that's a fairly easy decision to make. ;)

I've been delving into my backlog a bit - yes, even my Switch has one (oy vey!) - and finished a run through Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze which has some awesome level and environmental design. I'm in the midst of my first good run of Cadence of Hyrule, which is a great pseudo-sequel of Crypt of the Necrodancer without the balls-hard difficulty and the whimsical re-imagined tunes of the Zelda games. I've been having a lot of fun beating the shit out of monsters as Zelda. ;) Other than that, I've been faffing about quite a bit in Minecraft, which I hadn't tried since the very early alpha/free state it was in almost a decade ago. Runs quite well in full 1080P on my Switch. :)
I have finally beaten Ancient Dragon and King Vendrick in Dark Souls 2 :D I've accumulated on these two bosses more deaths, than in all previous Souls games together :D
Time for some Hitman games after a very long time, starting with the first one ofc, Hitman: Codename 47

Well, it was worth the price, I really like it for now and here you will learn not to rush into enemies. :-)
Final Fantasy 5 with the Project Demi mod.

Early in the game, you stumble across a pirate hideout. Once there, you can simply board the ship, take the wheel, and immediately set sail; when this happens, the game secretly (without telling you) adds another character to the party.

(In vanilla FF5, there's a cutscene when one of your party members asks the pirates if they could borrow the ship, the pirates say no and take your party prisoners, there's a cutscene that happens during the night in which something minor is revealed, and only after all that does the new character join your party (with a suitable message) and you gain control of the ship.)
Had some major bugs with Hitman: Codename 47, so I have to cool myself a little bit before I continue with the game and to see if it is possible to finish the game with the present bugs.

For now I've started with the Divine Divinity, looks and sounds interesting with voice acting, plus font "fix" works fine so it is easier to read anything in the game.

Bloodborne. At long last. I’m a huge fan of the Dark Souls games, but while Bloodborne has always especially intrigued me, it has always been out of reach. I was always primarily a PC gamer, and my money typically went toward PC games and the occasional upgrade. When I moved out of my parents’ house, I left the PC there (largely because half of the parts on it were purchased by my brother), and I’ve gone without video games for the most part since then. Enjoying it as an outlet and occasionally having free time that would be perfect for gaming, I decided to start saving up for a console. It would be cheaper than a gaming PC and easier to set up in my apartment. Of course, being the sole income for a family of 3 (and soon a family of 5, due to my wife being currently pregnant with twins), I don’t exactly have much disposable income. We make it by okay, but don’t have much money for other expenses. I decided to start setting aside $20 every check ($10 for me and $10 for my wife) as an allowance, with my personal goal being to save up for a PS4 so I could achieve that dream of playing Bloodborne. It took me over a year since I could not always afford to set money aside for my allowance and because I used some of it here and there to get small gifts for my wife, and it took $100 in birthday money received from family members, but I was finally able to do it.

And it wad worth the wait. I started the game for the first time last night and played roughly 45 minutes, and I enjoyed every bit of it. It’s everything I hoped it would be, and it was so nice to be able to play a video game of my own again. I won’t have many opportunities to play—mostly just evenings after my daughter goes to sleep and weekends during her naps—but I will enjoy the time I have with it.

The wait was long, but worth it.

(As a side benefit, my wife has expressed some interest in getting some more family friendly games that she would be interested I playing with me, and eventually with our children.)
Planescape: Torment
It's been awhile since I've originally played it (I think it was mid 2012) so I thought I'd give it another go hopefully getting to the end of the game this time around; So far enjoying it though I still haven't got past the point in which I had originally gotten to (the maze area) right now just got to the Clerk Ward in Sigil. I have to say I like being a mage much better than a fighter.

Mass Effect: Andromeda
I really didn't think I would like it but it's growing on me. Got the first (desert) planet mostly cleaned(70-80%) for life, I haven't really noticed any bugs in my 20~ hours of playtime (I'm super slow in these games) which REALLY surprised me given all the bugs talked about at released. Only things I don't like about it is many dialog's feel like large amounts of filler and player choices don't nearly have as impact as did in the original trilogy.
A little less than two hours into Bloodborne, and I’ve cleared out Central Yarnham. I’ve explored everywhere I can at this point. I am thoroughly enjoying it. It’s interesting; it’s similar enough gameplay-wise to the Souls games, but it’s different enough that tactics that would work in a Souls game simply aren’t viable here. The biggest thing is the pace. Souls games favor a measured, cautious approach, especially with the bosses. Bloodborne better rewards an aggressive play style. I’m loving it.

Since my first successful run of each of the Souls games has been with a dexterity build, I decided to carry on the tradition with Bloodborne’s equivalent, a skill build. I chose the Threaded Cane as my starting weapon, knowing that it would do less damage. I’m quite satisfied with it. The sword form is quick and effective, and the additional reach of the whip form makes for decent crowd control and creating space. Plus, going with a skill build is paying dividends when it comes to visceral attacks. One of my first priorities was to get the hang of gun parries so I could capitalize on my skill investment, and I think I’ve got it down. I’m far from perfect and still mistime parries on a regular basis, but I’m getting the hang of it.

I’m also proud of my success with the bosses so far. I tackled Cleric Beast first. It’s kind of odd as an introductory boss (which is optional, but still likely to be the first boss faced by many). It presents itself more like a Souls boss, but definitely favors an aggressive play style from the player. I suspect this was intentional to get the player in the right state of mind for the game, but I just didn’t feel it click as a first boss. I died on my first attempt, partly because I tried to be too cautious, but I beat it on my second attempt. My second boss encounter was Father Gascoigne, and I think it’s fair to say that he’s much more representative of the Bloodborne style. He’s fast, hits hard, and isn’t afraid to keep the pressure on. Thankfully, my parry practice paid off. I beat him pretty quickly, and on my first attempt. It was an exhilarating experience.

Next up is Cathedral Ward. I’m excited to see what it brings.
