Mount and blade Warband still. Really struggling because I made the mistaking of not building relationships with the nobles of the land on poor terms with their kings. It also doesn't help that there are precious few of them to start with.
With a lot of effort I managed to get one noble to join me, which has allowed me to take some stronger castles I would not have been able to take alone.
But at least now I've managed to whittle the Vaegirs to two final castles. Somehow the Kerghits managed to take Rivacheg. If I can defeat those final 2 castles then a lot of lords will be nationless, and so now I'm banking that those that I am on good terms with will flock to me. Then I'll be in a position to finally destroy the Kerghit faction and Nord factions. The former first because I'd like never to ever have to face an infernal Kerghit army again!

I haven't played this since its original release and I'd forgotten how good it was. Not remotely scary but the combat is just so satisfying. The graphics really hold up after all this time as well. It looks better than alot of modern AAA games, both on an artistic and technical level.
I suppose this was how high-end PC gamers got to play then game 8 years ago

Has anyone ever NOT been able to get Arkham Asylum to run?

I bought it a few years ago and it wouldn't start so I returned it. It's on sale again and I'm thinking maybe I was overlooking a simple fix and maybe I should try it again, but for the life of me, I cant' find anyone who's had any trouble getting it to run.

If I only knew what I had to do to my PC to make it not run... ;-)

Well, you could always try it out with the version that is currently given away for free at the Epic store. Of course, it comes with the downside of having to create an Epic account.

price isn't the problem because it's only $5 on Steam. It's download and then screwing with all the fixes.

But the Epic one is DRM free and comes with 5 other games. ;-)

I've continued with my Crusader Kings 1 playthrough, getting very close to the end of the game. After yesterday, I have one more title :P King of Burgundy. Got like 10 or so vassals with owning this title, but made a mistake to ask for the peace treaty to late. Burgundy was also in another war with Sweden, which peaced out first and took few provinces I wanted to have :( Becoming King of Burgundy was just not planned goal, which I acquired, because I had little bit over 4000 Prestige to grab that specific title. Anyway, my reputation sunk 3 points and now I am trying to get little bit chilly until the end of the game. There are two more provinces, which I NEED to have, before the time runs out :)
