Titan Quest Anniversary Edition
I've got a little past the Egypt part, I started a new character(Bow + Poison), it's better as it goes on and I am having a good time but I don't see myself replaying the game as the levels are just too straight forward most of the time, though I could be wrong, time will tell. As of now I have about 15hours(mostly with the bow build) into it, Performance is a bit spotty and stuttering here and there but nothing I find too bad to be unplayable.
I will likely re-buy the game here on GOG (only have base game on steam) and get all the DLC's when I do(Of course all on sale).

The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing: Final Cut
Got around 4 hours into it, I'm very surprised that I really enjoy this game. It is very much a mix of other ActionRPG's in the genre and has an interesting feel and take to it that was unsuspecting, I do like the side character(the ghost lady) and the combat feels about right though somewhat simple as of now. I'm not really sure if I should be putting more time in this game or TQ at the moment. I did have a few crashes though it could have been a computer problem on my end(RAM Timings). I have it on steam right now, might get it here on GOG but not sure if I want to re-buy it just yet due to me not really getting anything more out of it.

Dark Messiah of Might & Magic (Demo on Steam)
I played it some, I didn't enjoy it and found it very buggy (in Linux). I like some of the concepts that it brings but I can't really find a game in it that I want to stick with and play through. Glad I played the demo and saved my money.

Other Stuff:
Decided that I'm going to buy Grim Dawn DLC's on sale.

Waiting desperately for the GOG Summer Sale, going to buy (if discounted):
Fate Series - the complete series rarely goes on sale and I really really want to play them. Usually discounted around 65% off.
Grim Dawn DLC's - it's hard to get over 40%+ off on the DLC's so thats all I'm about hoping for.
Titan Quest AE + DLC's - Seems to be normally discounted 75% off of base game and most* DLC's.
Dredge - might wait for DLC later in the year, depends how good the sale is; it's new so discount won't likely be much.
The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing: Final Cut - Not sure, usually goes on sale for 85% off.
AM2R 1.5.5
In the last 7-8 days I was playing The Hobbit: The Prelude to The Lord of the Rings (2003), downloaded from a known site with abandoned games. The game is made to be played with a gamepad, which I don't use. You can't look up-down with the mouse, but only with the numbers 8 (down) and 2 (up) from the keyboard. However with the mouse you can look left-right and hit with LMB.
Another thing is that the game is PACKED with platform sections.
Combine these two and it figures why I stopped the game after half of it. I couldn't proceed further.

Lately, I've been indulging in the world of retro gaming, immersing myself in the nostalgic charm of classic titles. Whether you're a fan of nostalgic NES titles, SNES classics, or even rare collectibles, Retro Gamer Store has you covered. Currently, I'm hooked on several retro games that take me back to my childhood. From the pixelated adventures of Super Mario Bros. on the NES to the epic battles of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on the Nintendo 64, I can't get enough of the retro gaming experience.
I adore playing retro games! I'm also hooked on several retro games that take me back to my childhood.
More juggling of a bunch of stuff:
-> NIER Automata: YORHA on Steam.
-> Far Cry 6 on UbiSoft Connect.
-> Lake on UbiSoft Connect.
-> Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut on GOG.
-> Ghostwire: Tokyo on Steam.
Astlibra Revision.

What was initially a somewhat neat game that I played the demo of and forgot about, became my favorite game of 2022, and my personal favorite of all time. The gameplay is simple but gets added layers as more and more abilities unlock, and ways to enhance your stats and moveset, even up to the post-game, that keeps the experience fresh. The music comprised entirely of royalty-free tracks was so well put together that almost nothing seems out of place. The story is interesting and goes some crazy places. The graphics and animation are jank, to put it mildy, but it has a bit of charm to it, and I love the character art. The game is in no wise perfect, but everything came together to make the whole game an experience that I'd never forget. By the end, I felt that I had come across one of those rare gems that you happen upon once in a while, and that feeling I had as the true final credits rolled, I'd consider myself lucky if I felt it again.

Right now I'm on my third playthrough. I've cleared the game on normal mode and on the highest difficulty (impossible). , but the game recently got on official translation update, and I'm playing it on difficult to see all of the changes for myself. I had hoped the game would come here, but it didn't. I hope the game does well on it''s Switch release.

Im playing Fallout New Vegas and creature in the well.
I finished American McGee's Alice for a second time, around 20 years after the first (I have that from retail). I still consider it as one of the best and most interesting 3rd person action games I've ever played.
Decided to play Baba is You, even though it's not in a genre I usually play.

I really like the way that you can change the rules. It's rather neat (and funny) when you can win a level by, say, becoming the walls or turning the water into copies of you.

Also, the game gets *really* strange later on, to the point where there's a certain level that you can win, even though it's not at all obvious that it's a level you can win, and that most players won't even think of it as a winnable level.
I have started Dracula: Origin. The game is marvelous! MANY riddles. MANY puzzles. It gets me thinking hard! It gives me a great sense of accomplishment when I solve something and proceed a little further! There are of course cases that I'm saying "How should I know that!", but I guess that exists in every adventure game when the developers demand certain knowledge from the player. My overall experience is very good.
Played Dark Deity just now.

One of the last 3 enemies crit killed one if my units while only having a 20% chance to hit and a 14% chance to crit. They had just enough damage to kill my unit. I'm pretty close to just dropping the game completely. That map took me longer than an hour I'd say and I honestly have no intention of replaying the level.

I've had way too many 90%+ misses during the campaign, but this crap takes the cake.

Edit: You can skip battle animations, that situation still sucks, but I replayed the mission without them, got through it quite fast.

Edit 2: I'm almost at the end of the game, that unlucky situation with the RNG still sucks, but it's an amazing title and I'm happy they decided to release the second game (no ETA yet) on gog.
Yeah, I ranted, but Dark Deity imho is an 8 out of 10. The sequel only needs a more engaging story and it'd be perfect. :)

Edit 3: Just finished the game and I love it. Will do a second playthrough.

Tomb Raider (1996) from GOG, I'm about 2/3 of the way through it and put it down about 2 weeks ago. It's an awesome game, but the aged controls are a bit of a chore and i needed a break.

Stardew Valley on Steam, I'm really late to the party on this one, but the game is okay with mods, not sure if it's a game that will steal my life or a game I retire after a week, time will tell.

I also recently played some Wayne Gretzsky 3D Hockey on my N64, I started a season, the game play is very arcade like, so it's a fun game to throw 20 minutes at here and there.
Grim Dawn (Normal - Veteran Difficulty)
Well the DLC's went on sale during this summer sale so I decided to buy them and give the game another chance; I'm so glad I did!
I really love this game, it might even be my favorite game at this point and take Diablo 2's #1 spot.
Everything about this game is spot on and well crafted, the story has been very good and interesting so far, the skills feel nice and synergies well with the dual class system(playing as a Druid), the way the game just tells you all of your stats in the menus is just a godsend compare to other action rpgs, the story setting reminds me of a {DARK} Fallout with a hit of the witcher mixed in with certain dialogs, the loot system is very refined, rewarding and comes with it's own loot filter to boot.
The only problems I have had with the game so far is the performance will tank every now and then(using a cpu core switching program has been helping though) and I had a couple of crashes/freezes when using the portal system but outside of these two issues I haven't had ANY problems.

At this point nothing else (for me) is worth playing compared to Grim Dawn, I am thankful I held out for a sale and I didn't blow all my money on Diablo 4. I am still hoping that the Fate series goes on sale at some point soon but even then I don't think I want/can stop playing this game at the moment.

I too resumed playing Grim Dawn after It had been on hiatus for a while.
My hero is a gun soldier. He has learned an additional magic class, but it seems just using a gun is stronger and more convenient.

I've also beaten Master of Orion 2 , which I played again at the easy difficulty for (re)learning the game.
Beating the guardian at the Orion system, and forces at the Antares system was more difficult than conquering the entire galaxy. lol.

I have finished Dracula: Origin in 4 days. Off to Love Kills!
