Grargar: That's already in effect. If you try to post a new message within 10 minutes after your last one and none other has posted within that interval, it will instead merge your two posts into one.
That shouldn't be limited only for 10 minutes, then.

An impressive effort! I stopped after a few when it dawned on me how easy it would be to fill up the forums again with spam. I salute all of those with the time and patience to manually report so many threads! Hopefully that time has been well spent :)

Maybe he got blocked as soon as a specific number of threads were removed for spam.
