Do you think if we reported emough of his threads and got them automatically deleted would it auto ban him and stop the flood?

If a thread gets reported enough it will be delete. But that's it as far as I know. No autoban feature (which is good most of the time since it could be abused). Of course at the moment I wish there would be one :D
But seriously, why is there no filter which limits the new threads per time, if that is tuned well it could prevent such things and no one really writing new topics could achieve such a speed.

Yes it was confirmed in the thread about vanishing topics, which I can't find now since the search function does not like me and going back a few pages to look for it is useless.

Yeah, definitely. We had a whole slew of controversial threads deleted from people down voting and reporting them.

I doubt auto banning is on the cards too, but maybe if a dozen or more threads got reported and deleted?

It can't post anymore . Someone or something is deleting the spam threads .

Looking at it, that "maintenance" may take a while. I best go find another part of the internet to sit and watch nothing happen.

Not sure how many reports it takes to delete a thread but if we all start now we might get the 40 pages cleared before the end of the day :/

Or we all just come back tomorrow.
