Aha. That's interesting. GOG has locked the forum "choosing where you're from" (IP lock). I don't think it's a bug.

It's probably the same spammer as before, originally from Korea now he shows up as "Philipines". So they're trying tunneling through proxies, probably to test if they're locked out from Korea only.
