adaliabooks: I'm guessing, as someone suggested, the bots might have managed to get free games and therefore break the new post restrictions.
However if that's the case it would suggest who ever is behind this has been continually trying so keep spamming since GoG managed to block them... which is somewhat worrying as you'd imagine once thwarted they would just give up and move to a new site..
Hmmm... If they have to purchase a game, the Deponia last week for 49 cents would have been the cheapest one to get if there wasn't a free game... Still, 3 bots is insignificant compared to what we had before.

Huh? There were freebies? When and where? (course if they are limited quantities they tend to disappear before i can click the button, or i get the gog-bear and then happily informs me it's claimed)

Apparently you have a chance to get a game for free when purchasing it. I'm not 1 of the fortunate ones unfortunately.
It's mentioned in the news item (one of the last sentences).

It's just random, any time you click buy now from the sale there is a chance you get the game for free. It's a bit random as some people have got 3 or 4 while others have got none...

Yes, this one. After clicking +- 80 of them and still not getting a crit, it's just a matter of habit now.

Yup, me too. I'd say I've clicked about 70% of all the games so far and got nothing... but I keep trying on the off chance I'll get lucky.

XD I made a stab at that myself to no avail. I wouldn't mind paying for it but I have about 10000 P&C in my library as is.
