tinyE: Natalya? I was wondering what she did. She is the only speaking NPC in the history of that series that has absolutely nothing to offer the player. :P First time I saw her I thought I was missing a patch or something.
I beg to differ. She fulfills approximately the same role as Gillian did in the first one: "Go ask someone else about this."
rtcvb32: Although she's an assassin, i think she was probably suppose to be a larger part of the
NPC base but they didn't need her, yet she remained as a relic. How did they plan on expanding the game? Perhaps she was suppose to supply some missions? Not sure. They could have done so much more if they hadn't limited it to 6 missions per area. I bet she was made before they fixed the number of missions, and might have planned something more like D1's where you could talk to anyone and get plenty of interesting responses. But we'll never know...
Although some mods make use of her, but she never moves... Reminds me of Camels moved in some mods, where they are electric enchanted and annoying as hell.
I always figured she was basically there as a preview for the expansion, where the assassin becomes a playable class.
