Unfortunately it might take us a bit longer to fix this than initially assumed. Current ETA is this month but I'll let you know more as we go. Apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Thanks.
Seems the amount of Data I will have to get from the servers will grow even more then.
Hi,

I am only me or did you notice that last days you didn´t receive the alert notification for items discounted on sale now?

Another +1 to the concept of keeping us updated. Thank you.
Hi,

Following the return of Clownski_ , I hope there will be a solution soon.
Bumping post to keep relevant. Still no change that I can tell. I understand that stuff happens, but when there is a perfectly working feature that gets eliminated for no good reason, and then ignored, it's frustrating.
Weirdly Divinity - Original Sin 2 has been marching happily along getting correctly update tagged the whole time. I thought it was a weird coincidence when it happened a couple of weeks ago but it happened again today.

PaterAlf: I expect they will. And probably even every update the games got. The last time the feature was broken, I got like 20 notifications for a single game (probably one in development or a very new one). Everytime I got rid of a notification a new one popped up. It was very annoying.
When was that? I only remember when they took it down while redoing the nav-bar or some such, and I don't remember any flags when it came back up. I could be misremembering, though.

It's particularly weird when it's such a core feature of the site. I mean, purchasing and downloading games is why we're here, right? Being notified of updates is a pretty important part of that.

I don't really remember, but I would say maybe about two years ago when the feature was broken for months too. I remember that I was happy when it came back, but very annoyed when I got dozens of flags for the same game (mostly InDevelopment games) when it came back.

Agreed. That seems like a core part of what a software/game store should do.

Having downloadable installers without needing a launching app (and no DRM of course) is what drove me to start buying from GOG in the first place.

More frustrating is when you submit a ticket and they basically think it's just a web caching problem and ignore the issue despite pointing them to this thread.

I guess whining won't help much, but I hope they get it fixed soon or at minimum give us a timeframe and acknowledge the issue exists and they're working on it.

I just got two blue dots / games showing up as "updated"! (for ΔV: Rings of Saturn and its demo).

The blue dots are looking all regular-like, pretending they were never gone, but I can tell by their particular shade of blueness that they've really missed us!
