It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I emailed support and they stated:

"I am afraid that I was unable to reproduce your problem.
First of all, please make sure that you are using the latest version of your preferred browser.
Then please try clearing your browser's cache and cookie files. After the cache is cleared, I strongly suggest performing a full reload of the site (Ctrl-R), then logging out and back in.
It is also possible that some plugin or add-on is interfering, so please try using your browser in incognito mode.
If the above didn't help please try using a different browser.
Please also check if your antivirus or firewall software is not interfering - ideally by adding gog.com to its whitelist/trusted list."

So blanket statement response, they don't even acknowledge it.

Lol, it's not the browser, the JSON data data for the shelf simply does not have the games marked as updated but does update for eg buying new games (so it's not a caching issue).

(The wishlist sorting might be a caching problem).
Started an up-to-date plugin-free Google Chrome on an up-to-date (just-rebooted) "Windows10 21H2" in an incognito window (the only one open) and logged in, switched to my account (aka "Games") and no updates are shown.
Don't know of any way to be more vanilla (other than bypassing my firewall with a 4G Hotspot)
If we are to go by the number of new builds added today on Galaxy alone (and thus new discrepancies when it comes to offline installers), I believe there was a holdup in their build system as well? Can't really tell what's going on but the problem may have been larger in scope. I'm hoping what I'm seeing today is a sign things have been fixed.
I checked it again and it's still broken. Any update on this?

Clownski_: Double checked and yes, the team is aware of this issue. We're working on the fix but no ETA for now. I'll let you know once I know more.
@Clownski_ Any news on this or is the Team busy with the Hard West 2 "problem".
This is really annoying - I have found out that some of my games have received updates, but there are no update flags visible in the games library for approximately 2 weeks now.... @gog.com let me promise you something: as long as you don't fix that issue I am not going to buy any new games from you.... I know you want to push us to use galaxy but for me offline installers are the reason gog.com still exists and if you take that away your customers may just as well buy from steam or any other store that forces customers to use a client software...

+1
What I don't like is that I submitted a ticket and they just tell me to clear my cache and "Logout All" of my accounts. I did that already. I point them to this thread and to the "what's been updated" thread because there's lots of users noting similar issues. I don't know if they really know it exists, if they're working on it, or just blowing us off.
It is really getting annoying. Please fix this!
I use Kalanyr post as reference, that we are closing in on a month for this bug.

Curios: If my Offline-Update-chain is broken, because older patches are deleted before I get the notification and I'm forced to redownload the whole game to have an up-to-date offline-backup, will the support provide me with those patches no longer available through the website?

Still have not seen updates for over a month... posting to stay subscribed to this thread

Any ETA yet, Clownski_?

Some of us rely on the update notifications (rather than 3rd party utilities) to keep our game archives up to date. The guys over on the "what just updated" thread are doing what they can, but it's getting a little ridiculous to have this important feature broken for almost a month now. :(

As someone who maintains one of those utilities I gotta say the current start of affairs makes them *much* less nice to GOGs servers too. If you can't just check for update games you gotta check all the games, and that's a lot more talking to the API and most of it will be finding out nothing changed. I just checked 2090 games and only 50 had updates (and that's a pretty high number by average standards for the time gap).

How did you check them all? I check my games manually in being of the year and only handful were out of date.
