Treasure: Just did the survey myself for the same reason, and the first question asks about gender, with the choices being male,female, prefer not to answer, and "other" (fill in). So I'd presume all are welcome. The format of the survey is that after asking some questions about which sort of ad we find most effective, we are then shown 4 ad samples and are asked to detect the manipulative elements in them - quite an interesting thought exercise.

Well, I'm a bit late for this, but I think it's only right that I help with this survey once again.

Your use of call to action and appeal to emotion caused me to fill out a survey without the promise of free stuff, which is rare for me. Good luck to her on her thesis!
