I'm pretty good on a day to day basis, but it's those big sales that have killed me in the past. With my library, I don't imagine future sale purchases will accumulate with quite the same fervor as before. Now it's all big-publisher-signing-mega-release days.

The removal of extras from users' accounts, even if they are classed as free content, isn't right. From a customer's perspective, they are included in the purchase, and therefore the contract. Removal of them means that the product you have isn't what was advertised when you made the purchase. It is false advertising and I'd have thought it is a breach of trading standards. I really hope GOG get this sorted out, and soon.

I know this will sound bitchy Judas, but is there any way your webteam can fix the "product_bonus_" bug? While getting updates and new stuff is one of the fantastic elements of GOG, it would be nice to know what exactly we'll be downloading.
