Regarding the Battle Chasers Nightwar update(s) - I am a bit confused.
In the changelog two updates are listed: ver. 23636 (February the 2nd) and 23731 (February the 5th)
However the offline installers still are on ver. 23288 (November 17th) so no update at all here. I just redownloaded the game and noticed far too late that I only redownloaded the same version I already backed up therefore the issue I was expecting to be fixed still was not fixed at all.

Ehm, ehm:

Battle Chasers: Nightwar -> for now only the Mac installer has been updated
I guess we need to wait some more for the updated Windows installers. Perhaps a blue summoning spell might help?

I saw that but what about the update from February the 2nd - which seems to be not even listed here (at least I could not find it but maybe I overlooked it)? We should have received TWO updates while in reality we did not get any (for windows at least) at all.

Already contacted Judas about it.

Yeah, I know... let's see, what stereotypical justifications do we employ in this case? "Offline installers take time", I guess it was :P. Days, weeks, sometimes even years.
Once upon a time there was a changelog that is not needed anymore since meanwhile it already has been posted - nothing to see here anymore :)

MarkoH01: O.K. - one last question (while we are chatting so nice ;)) - what happened to the changelog of the other update. Did you already post it or should it be posted here - no need to post it twice but I could not find it yet.

Just searched this thread again. It seems the changelog is still missing. So here it comes :)
I've included it in my post as well - must have come in late last week and I forgot to check that today. Might have slipped under my radar also because there were no offline updates whatsoever linked to it.

O.K. - I will remove it from my post then. As I said - no need to post it twice and you are more official :)

MarkoH01: you are more official :)
Your words wound me :P. I am about as official as Half-Life 3, available now on Windows 93.
I'm seeing two recent Changelogs for Battle Chasers, and today was notified of an update. However, neither the installer nor the patch file have actually been updated.

Nothing for Windows yet, but the Mac offline installer has been updated.

[CHANGELOG UPDATED]
Patch 3.0.169.700 (02 February 2018)

- Fixed Incarnate spells not showing up in the hotbar
- Fixed losing shroud progress after loading a savegame in patch6 (unfortunately, savegames made in patch 6 cannot be fixed, so you may want to load savegames that were made before if you want your shroud back)
- The extra sounds for casting spells are removed until their frequencies can be tweaked

Changelog for Hotfix 1.1.2.1 (5th February 2018)

A quick hotfix for all yout Midweek Madness customers. The game was being a bit of a hog with VRAM, which was producing some of the Black Screen, White Screen, and "SharpDX" errors on lower spec machines. I've reduced the Graphics Memory footprint when playing in Medium and Low Graphics Quality settings.

Don't forget, you may also improve VRAM usage by disabling the cinematic under Graphics Options.

I also replaced the Galaxy libraries to fix a crash upon leaving a lobby.
Annnd, if you fail to join a lobby, it won't try to join that lobby again until you leave the Ranked screen. So for those instances where you kept trying to play ranked and it kept failing out, this problem should be fixed.
You missed Patch 1.1.2?
Patch 1.1.2 (added 05 February 2018):

Balance Changes
* Snake - HP 27 (from 35). Can now poison structures again. Ever since we removed structure tagging, snakes have felt very flat. And since structure play is now much more viable, there needed to be more options for dealing with things like MG Turrets, Balloons, and Artillery.
* Artillery - Cost 180 (from 120), Build time 30 seconds (from 20), HP 50 (from 45). The Tier 2 Artillery was stupidly strong, and was even unbeatable in rush scenarios. Unfortunately, bumping it to the Tier 3 timing, which is now 50 seconds), meant that I suspect the unit would never get used. So I broke down and made an exception to the strict timing consistency that I've maintained for other units. It feels pretty good now, and I think will still get used quite often.

Hand of Fate 2

Patch 1.2.1 (06 February 2018)

Added modding support.

Added Chinese VO.

The Tower has been modified to accommodate a future update...

Way too many small bug fixes and optimisations to list individually, however they do include fixes for these specific issues that have been causing people problems:
Fix for a Card being left on screen after Duplicating a Card in a Wheel Gambit.
Fix for the Game Crashing when Desert Trek was selected in the Forgotten dreams Encounter
Fixed Colbjorn sword not giving +2 weapon charge on Riposte against Northerner enemies
Fix for an unequipped Helmet being lost when giving an equipped Helmet over in the SpyGlass encounter
Fixed The Shield Won from the Sun Challenge Ooze Encounter could be sold but not equipped

Hand of Fate 2 Game Master's Toolkit is now live!

Today’s Hand of Fate 2 update includes the HoF2 SDK - The Game Master’s Toolkit! These are the same tools used at Defiant to create the HoF2 campaign our future DLC content. They’re powerful content creation tools and we’re excited to see what you make with them! With the Game Master’s Toolkit, you’ll be able to create anything from a simple encounter all the way up to a full-fledged challenge with its own win conditions, blessings, curses and artefact rewards.

Important note: the tools are still in beta! While they’re fully functional, there may be unexpected issues to be patched later.

To get up and running with the toolkit, look for the Hand of Fate 2 SDK (file name: handoffate2_modding.zip) in your installation directory next to the game's executable. You’ll also need to download version 2017.2.1f1 of the Unity Engine, found here: https://unity3d.com/get-unity/download/archive

Good luck! The Game of Life and Death is now in your capable hands!
