MaGog can help you with that, but it involves downloading the full MaGog dump (~8MB) from time to time. Feel free to shoot me a PM if you want details. :)

To be honest it's more finding the time to implement and test something than it is finding a solution. But I'm always open to ideas if you think you know a way that would work :)

Actually, I messed up the wording of that one - meant that the changelogs are also archived by mrkgnao on his site. Fixed now, so cheers.

Since there's just a new base installer and not a patch, I think it's safer to uninstall-reinstall the DLCs too.
At least, that's what I do in such cases.

Cyberninja

Abilities in the Deception tree now all correctly require a non- Heavy weapon to use.

Soldier

Fixed an issue where (believe it or not) Bomblets could cause a soft- lock in combat if they were added by Magnetronc Bomb / Bouncing Betty / UXO while trying to update Bomblets.

Loot containers in explore mode once again have a chance to drop random gear (Weapon, Armor, Shields, Accessories) in addition to credit loot.
Loot from defeated mobs has an increased chance to include random gear.
Worms and Mites now drop meaty credit loot and items.
Several humanoid enemies now drop credit loot and items.
The rarity odds for items on higher difficulty levels increases as your party level increases.
Pistols are no longer generated with the Combat Initiative stat but instead have a new stat, Zeroing, which increases accuracy of weapon attacks against a target with each miss until a hit occurs.
SMGs are no longer generated with the Aggression stat but instead have a new stat, Hyperburst, which reduces the dodge chance of targets when using a weapon attack. Dodge chance cannot be reduced below 0.
SMGs / Pistols generated before these change will retain their original stats.
Shield Breaker, Shield Pierce, Armor Pierce, Critical Damage Boost, and Hyperburst on weapons will now only be applied if the ability attacks using the caster’s weapon.

Data tweaks:

- Mega-spell base costs increased slightly. This is to compensate a little for the fact that casting chance/cost of many mega-spells have been improved.
- Law mode starting mana reduced to 20 for first player, 28 for second player.
- Alignment shift values for many spells reduced by around 25-40%. This is designed to benefit neutral spells, and make extreme balance shifts less likely.
- Reduced Duel AI bonus mana awarded for Duel level.
- Increased max wizard level to 9999 (in preparation for new social rank progression).
- Increased re-activation cost increase for megas in law mode from 20% to 25%.

Bug fixes:

- Fixed a bug causing a player in duel mode to be driven by an AI
- Fixed a bug that caused the law mode tutorial to be unable to progress due to insufficient mana.
- Fixed the potential damage on blobbed/webbed creature healthbars.
- The game will no longer rewind when connect as spectator.
- Handled an error case when selecting a talisman slot and you don't have any more talismans of this type.
- Fixed a bug that caused the first win of the day not to give unique talismans.
- Improved layout of player info panel
- Fixed a bug causing talisman info screen not to be shown in realms.
- The forge activation confirmation dialog now does not show if you don't have enough force crystals.
