Duke Nukem? Yes, even from Steam and PSN. The only Duke Nukem that is currently on sale is Duke Nukem Forever and that's because it already belonged to Gearbox to begin with. Gearbox is now preparing their own version of Duke Nukem 3D for a rerelease and it's then when we'll more than likely see a relaunch of the other games as well (I+II, Manhattan Project and Balls of Steel).

The most likely theory is that Headup Games was only acting as a temporary publisher and their contract expired. As to who owns the game now, I'd wager it is The Games Company, who purchased the development studio 6 years ago.
