Yep, same up here. Mid summer we have daylight until about 10 PM. It's like having a whole day after work ends.

The area is rapidly being developed and suburbanised. Every year less maggies, less kookies, and less galahs.
Increases in wood ducks, crows, plovers and bin chickens.
The air isn't sweet in the morning. The sounds in the morning are not the wind in the trees or the birds happily calling, but the f*cking traffic down the road.

You would be surprised by having a decent tree in the backyard and feeding the birds,just how many come around.Only drawback is the cockees as they are a bit destructive but overall we have all types visiting for a free feed.And that's in the suburbs/city.

*BANG!* Dog starts barking.......''It's alright,Dad just dropped his cup again''...06.20...Top of the morning,all.Visitor coming at 08.00,Geeks R Us to try and fix my pc problem ($158 an hour) and that's all the time the so and so gets.....Me,very sceptical.
