I think that according to rules 8 and 11, the proper way is to mention him namely, not refer to him vaguely.

It is indeed, but when expiry date of daggered keys is so close, I make an exception to the rules and accept giving those keys to random nameless strangers rather than letting them expire and be lost.

Lone_Scout: #8. You are only allowed to request keys for yourself. Every granted key must be redeemed by the account that requested it. If you would like to request a key for a friend or family member, they need to meet the eligibility requirements and you need to nominate them for it.

oh this is so cool! I would like to add The legend of heroes Trails in the sky the 1st one but only when it's on sale and if i'm still able to transfer the key to someone that wants it
