I want to give one to my mum, but the keys currently being given away on Reddit require you to be registered for at least 48 hours.

ZPavelZ: Well you can join steamgifts brian is giving away 25000 keys there. Surely you'd get one.
Problem there is that I already have the game & the steamgifts rules say you have to redeem it yourself.

My mum's account doesn't meet the steamgifts eligibility criteria.

Well that is fine, since there are people who want to give and many of those who ask also bring something in return. It kind of creates a nice vibe actually, which I discovered recently and did not really even expect. :)
I am rather interested in whether we will see a HUGE flood of requests for "new games" or people would still stick to older titles. :)

Just watched the trailer for the Legend of Grimrock and it looks awesome. I don't know how great the game will be since it hasn't been released yet but people have been giving it positive reviews. Whether they remain positive after people play the game is yet to be seen :)

Let me be the first to say this: If anyone feels like gifting me the Legend of Grimrock it would be greatly appreciated. No it has not sit on my wishlist for a long time nor does it give me fond memories of ages past when I first got the game as a christmas present but still I believe I would enjoy the game and would appreciate the kind gesture.

My son Samuel was born 4 months ago and money has been really tight lately, so if any of you are feeling a bit flush I would love to have either of the following games.
