Needs arcade games.
I brought an RG350. It’s ok, emulation is not good, menu system isn’t great, build is good. I like the idea of these handhelds, they never seem to really hold up though. It’s a legally grey area at the best of times, and there are always problems.

Looks pretty neat, I wonder if you can hack this thing or the cartridge and put your own games on it to trick the system... I need more info on this thing.

Yes, which is good, however that is a tiny selection of games. That’s £150 for around 20 ancient games, not good value.
