So far i've heard the opposite(from sources both verified and anecdotal/unproven)...that some got re-infected in those areas and the lockdowns are being kept in place.

Makotolia: Lockdowns are generally still here for the kids/students, while adults are generally allowed to go back to work now (with masks of course). But whether someone returns to work or not depends on the decisions of the individual cities/companies/organizations, I think.

Makotolia: Yeah, I think so. You know, China is quite huge (just as the US is), and the situation in different provinces differs a lot. So, while Wuhan city & maybe the whole Hubei province is still in dire situation, many of the other provinces (including the one I live in) are more or less back to their normal states these days, gradually. That being said, from the news I read, governments of different places and companies are still quite cautious about returning people to work. Hope the situation won’t worsen from this.

The incubation period is said to be possibly long (can be more than 2 weeks; women's seem to be longer than men's), so while the infected reported so far isn't that many (compared to here in China), it still has a chance to burst in short time. Hopefully your government or the scientists have more specific guidelines as to how to react to the current situation there.
