I also think this is massive work to do for something that is so 'volatile': I mean, after 1 hour from the update release list 50% of the titles are already gone

So in the moment themazingness will receive the update list, by the time the job is completed, probably more of the half of the work is to throw away, and as you said you'll have to mantain 2 or more separate lists (considering also the main one)

As far my point of view about the 'issue': When an update list is released there are usually 40-50 titles, if you are interested in a specific title you were waiting for, I think it will jump immediately to your eyes
If instead a title brings you just curiosity withouth knowing the the genre, it can be satisfied just one click away (I think it's a very very tiny price to pay for FREE games)
Regarding the main list, it's the same: once someone has screened the whole list (and believe me is not such a hard work), no new or different titles will pop in it (just the ones coming from the update lists), so more or less you always know what's inside.
just to make a practical example: if you already screened the main list and there isn't anything that interests you regardless the genre, when new update arrives if also there no titles suits for you --> when the main list is updated --> no titles will still interest you as well regardless the genre

I completely agree with all of Damon18's points. I think it's a good idea in theory, but it's highly impractical to implement. I very much appreciate the offer, but I'm afraid I'll have to decline it. There would be extra work that would only lead to lots of people being confused about there being multiple lists, and requesting games that have already been granted. I think things are fine the way they are, although I agree that it would be nice to find a good home for the keys that have been on the list forever.
