Paulo_Moura69: Thank you finkleroy and Dogmaus for the game S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl.
Glad you got it working! Galaxy is a pain. About it, please note that there are more installers than those offered by Galaxy, for some reason, look for the offline installers, there's more language choice than just English, Polish and Russian from the install button. You'll find them in the extra section in Galaxy or from your browser. Also, you should activate Full Dynamic Lighting in the menu to make the game look much better. And there's plenty of mods out there. I found this guide helpful. https://tweakguides.pcgamingwiki.com/STALKER_5.html

EDIT: you can also find language options in additional executables in Galaxy!

morolf: Age of decadence and Dungeon rats, so more people will buy Irontower's next game Colony ship rpg.
Is there an interesting story/plot to them? DR seems to be action only, no story, and I've heard a lot of complaints of illogical and broken story points for AOD.

Mister.Wolf: will also grant the 1st and 2nd titles of the Elder Scrolls Saga (Arena & Daggerfall
IIRC the first two games can be freely claimed. Not sure where, but pretty sure they're free to the public now. There's also Daggerfall Unity, a recreation of the game (which I haven't played).
(i always wonder what 'daggered keys' means, as opposed to non-daggered)

They're games that are unlikely to be requested (freebies and such), so they don't count toward your monthly limit. In the Non-GOG giveaway, there's a limit on how many daggered keys you can request per month, but the limit is higher than it is for non-daggered keys.

If you have any more questions about how the giveaway works, the rules are in the first couple posts of this thread. The rules for the Non-GOG giveaway are similar but different. I recommend reading the rules for both.

Doc0075: What games from the current sale would you like to see donated to this giveaway for next month?
Don't forget some oldies, they are always appreciated (and often very cheap).

Thanks for your generosity : )

Indeed, they can be freely downloaded, and from the Bethesda website no less. Links below if anyone is interested:

The Elder Scrolls: Arena
The Elder Scrolls: Daggerfall

What the DOOM and Quake titles offer in particular is binding the two games to your GOG account, as they are unlisted here (it's mostly a matter of convenience, personally I was glad to).

Daggerfall Unity is a masterpiece of fan / community-driven effort (as is the still beta Skywind, a full recreation of Morrowind with the Skyrim engine, that includes new orchestral soundtracks recorded specifically for it). I have played the Unity version, and it is both a faithful remake in its regular form and so much more in the modded format... fully recommend it for a "fresh" experience! The work of communities never ceases to amaze.
Hello finkleroy

Breja: If you ask me, everyone should get a chance to play Ghost of a Tale.
That actually IS a great one - still hoping that they will male a sequel. I was blown away by the fact that this was an indie game.

Regarding suggestions for Doc0075. How about the second Leisure Suit Larry game "Leisure Suit LArry: Wet Dreams Dry Twice". I was sceptical when I played the first one since it wasn't invented by Sierra and instead by a German company I did not know. Had a lot of fun with it. I did not buy the sequel myself yet though because of the price... so maybe it could be added here?
