I check every key that's donated to this giveaway and copy and paste the name(s) of the game(s) that the keys contain. It must have been purchased before the game was removed from the store.

The game was available for purchase from October 2010 to October 2018. Additionally, the game was gifted to all GOG users on December 2016. I expect the code is a leftover from that giveaway.

Ah interesting, I didn't think about that. Fair enough. I was just concerned that the key might've been a dud or something since I couldn't find the game for sale.

A note: there are many fine(some better than the game itself) SP campaign mods for it to be found online...if you finish it and want more, that is. :)

One says things(even civilly worded and harmless) that the forum trolls don't like.
(they use bots and scripts to low rate those they dislike, and/or sometimes manually low rate as well)

The forum search function and Google are both terrible ways to tell how much recent activity you have on the forum, but unfortunately they're the only tools I have at my disposal. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the forum and make some meaningful posts and/or tell some jokes here and there in threads that aren't specifically for game giveaways, and before you know it you'll be eligible. Please familiarize yourself with the rules of this giveaway, which are located in the first post of this thread. In the meantime, someone in the community gifting thread might be able to help you out. The only way to fast-track the qualification process is to donate some keys. I'm just trying to make sure you're not only on the forum to get free games. Donating isn't mandatory, but it's a good indication that you're not just here for free games.

I think it's pretty amusing that they'd go to such lengths lol. I'd personally be quite flattered if they did that to me because it'd indicate to me that I made such an impact to them that they'd go so far as to set up and run a bot just to troll me haha.
