Dragonsphere sure became popular all of a sudden. A bit odd...
But yes, the voice acting sure is an example of how not to do it. Quite sure they'd have had better luck with dropping the script in front of random people off the street.

It's been four years since it was free. The well is running dry and people are getting while the getting's good.

I'll leave the remaining key daggered, but all future paid donations of Dragonsphere will not be daggered until they've sat on the list of non-daggered games for long enough.

Well, given that Anachronox is STILL available (and for I what I heard is actually a little diamond) I will request for it (it's been like what? Two months since it's been added to the list?) So if it's ok I'll take it and give it a spin since I remember playing a demo for it back in the day, but I wasn't able to afford it (and it was not available on my country... ah the physical days) so I never actually got to play it.

There's actually a very heartwarming story behind the existence of this key. GameRager held a giveaway. One of the winners was CervelloYM, who very generously decided to give their gift to me. I requested Vampyr - The Hunters Heirlooms (DLC), and GameRager informed me that I had about $1 left, so I requested this key for Anachronox. He told me that it should show that I donated it, but he's the one who bought it.

GameRager is an extremely generous person. This is obvious to everyone who has monitored these giveaway threads. For what it's worth, I've gotten to know him quite well through private messages. Our political beliefs couldn't possibly be more at odds. Society says that this means that we should hate each other. So far, neither of us has taken the bait. We respect each other.

GOG banned him from the forum for "political speech" for 14 days 12 days ago. I hope that he will still have it in him to return to us when that ban is over. I didn't read what he allegedly said, so I have no first-hand knowledge of what went down. He can still use chat, though I'm unsure if he's bothering to check it right now.

All I'm really trying to say is that he's a great guy, he means well, he shows it, and I sincerely hope that he returns and we all show him how much we love him and how much we appreciate all he's done for us.

From what I've seen I agree with your point of view. He seems like a really nice guy and its a shame that some people intentionally abuse the rep system and downvote everything he says to try and invalidate him.

GOG needs to take a stand against this kind of toxic behavior.
