Yes, it's a game for kids - I mean MC is a little girl; interacts with other children and (mostly) adults who simplify their answers to a mental level appropriate for a childish understanding. Though still, in aspects of a future world's vision and game's visuality ENCODY is adressed to adult gamers, who could eg. read visual alusions to Blade Runner. So, it's a quite ambigeous - as it's ending - game.

Sad to see the end to this giveaway, was one of the few remaining topics with a certain community spirit. I don't think I'm going to go over to Discord, am too old for that kind of thing :-)
Thanks for managing the giveaway for so many years, and thanks to Doc007 (and maybe others I have forgotten, if so, sorry!) for the games I got here for free.

The community spirit is even more vivid over at the Discord GOG server, and we've concluded that if we were to sum up our ages there, we have a good chance of competing with Musk's bank account, number-wise.

To those who really concerned about giving a phone number to a third party: you probably already did that by acquiring a bank account. This is what I can confirm as a freelance financial system administrator. For your own information: phone number is needed for login varification, so you wouldn't loose your real personal data if there was an attempt to hack your account. It was implemented when personal data protection became mandatory for such services as Discord or Amazon (or any other service where you have an option to bind your payment info).

I've decided not to follow to discord. I wish everyone all the best, and would like to send a big thank you to finkleroy for their tireless work over the years - it can't have been easy and I truly appreciate it.. Looks like I might not make it over to Discord after all. When I tried logging back in, it thought I was in a new location (Discord doesn't know what dynamic IP addresses are). I had to complete the hCAPTCHA again. Except that it would seldom load. And when it did load, it just sent me back to the login form. A handful of attempts like that later and presto, account locked for suspicious activity. Looks permanent, not a cooldown period. I've contacted support, but I'm not optimistic about either the outcome or response time. We'll see.
