BeatriceElysia: When does new month count considering the timezone?
It's based on my own timezone here in sunny California, but honestly, it doesn't matter all too much since I'm not stiff on it. If somebody were to show up, say, a couple hours after it rolled over to the 1st of January or something and ask for a game when they didn't get anything in December, I'd probably not begrudge them. Likewise, if somebody showed up a few hours before the 1st and asked for a game when they already got their game for December, I'd just give it to them and then make it count for January's game (they'd be getting in early, but they'd also be locking themselves out for the rest of the month).
The only point where I'd hardnose it is if somebody tries to stack games (i.e. not asking for anything for 4 months and then trying to ask for 4 games later on) or shows up on the 2nd or 3rd of January or something expecting it to count for December.
