Davane: p1na by any chance? I believe there was a one man mission to get everyone a copy of SS2, to the point that I think he bought most of the copies of the game during an insomnia sale!
Nope, P1na is the DEUS EX guy.
Thanks for the recent nominations, guys and gals, but -- with the possible exception of free (or "free with purchase") promo codes for games nobody else wants, that are about to expire, and that I might actually play -- I'm not gonna be accepting any gifts for a while. I'm trying to put my backlog on a diet. =)
I would like to nominate the following:

</span> for TORCHLIGHT -- [url=http://www.gog.com/forum/heretic_kingdoms_series/stuck_help_me/post1]qualifying post

</span> for INDIANA JONES AND THE EMPEROR'S TOMB -- [url=http://www.gog.com/forum/tyrian_2000/additional_goodies/post1]qualifying post

moonshineshadow: Short statistic:

Number of games donated so far: 379

Out of that:
Given games: 226
Sent out codes that are waiting to be redeemed: 43
3 of these unredeemed codes where still sent out during the previous version of the giveaway.
1 game lost in space for the moment.
Would anyone here object to a rule stating that codes have to be redeemed in a certain time frame (4-7 days?) or will be given to someone else? This seems to be a popular method against retrading.
I wouldn't want this wonderful thread to be abused in any way.

Don't worry, if they are not redeemed after some time I return them to the list. But keep in mind not everyone is here daily like some of us, so people should have some time to redeem them.
I was just gifted Divine Divinity,I'd like to thank Benki for seeing it on my wishlist, penumbren for donating it and Moonshineshadow for giving it to me!!

I'll be sure to "pass it forward" and donate a game to the gifting pool when i have some spare money.

I'd suggest a month, personally, except those that expire, for which the rule should likely be to find as many as we can who'd redeem them before they do, so if some are left hanging and the date's getting close (5-7 days away?), find someone else, and if it's still nothing then try a 3rd time the day before the expiration date.
But since currently the problem is more along the lines of not finding enough people for some of those even at one code per person, that's probably theoretical. May apply to Banished though.

Yeah, my bad... I got the two games confused... I blame my wife!
You people are crazy, in the best way possible :-) A big thank you to yyahoo's for The Last Express, to Hype for the nom, and of course to the lovely Moon!! You all rock!

While I'm here (and forgive me if I'm doing this wrong.)
...
I'd like to nominate </span> for <span class="bold">Postal 2</span>. A newer, but frequent and friendly participant in the Conversational thread. (Links to posts in that thread don't really work, [url=https://www.gog.com/forum/general/conversational_freeforall_thread/post79683]but here is one anyway.)
I don't understand how exactly this works. Is there a copy of Dungeon Keeper Gold left? How to qualify for it? I own it on a CD but sadly that one is broken. May I have DK Gold, please?

HypersomniacLive: Melhelix doesn't have a public wishlist, but they've always been such a caring and giving member here, and I noticed that they've been online these past few days, that I suggest you ping them and ask them if anything catches their fancy.
I salute your unxepected ninja-ness! :D

Seriously, thank you Hypersomniac for the nomination, Daminite for the code, and Moonshadow for running the whole kit and kaboodle! I love this whole community.

astropup: I unexpectedly got MDK today. Thanx everyone. :)

I would like to nominate several fellow penguins:
hummer010 for Descent: Freespace Battle Pack

v3 for The Dig

BkGaming for Agarest: Generations of War

And I would like to ask people not to nominate me anymore in this topic. :) I'm not that regular on the forums these days. I can't really return the favor. And I'm not currently in the positon to sponsor games for the giveaway to return the kindness of sponsors.
Well this was a nice surprise today. Thank you very much astropup for the nomination and a big thank you to Phc7006 for donating the game. Stuff like this is what makes this community so great. :)

For this too?! It's starting to sound like she may need that divorce code more than you. ;-P

You have to have a post on one of the forums here from Nov 2015 or earlier with at least 3 sentences. Complete rules are on the 3rd post of the Community Giveaway. I did a quick search of your name on Gog using google and didn't find anything. Perhaps if you can point out where a valid post is, moonshineshadow would be happy to send you a copy of Dungeon Keeper. :)
