I've been kinda interested in top-down, turn-based combat, tile-type games (see this thread I made) recently. I've always been a bit confused by the following title & it's DLCs....

Sword of the Stars: The Pit Gold Edition

...but I notice it's up for grabs here in the Giveaway. If this is indeed the core game, I'd be interested.
What's odd about this cat is that he's posted the exact same thing, with the same user name, all over the internet. I googled just the first paragraph & came up with perfect matches...no idea if he's just a spambot or if it's his way of saying "Hello?" (Is it me you're looking for...)

I personally haven't read the post because it seemed too deep for what I was currently going for, so maybe it does go too far, I'm not sure! :þ

It does contain the core game. What is weird to me with this (I dunno, maybe I just misunderstood how things worked and it is not weird), is that I received this edition of the game as a gift from someone (I even rejected it because it was not a game I was looking to play until years in the future and he was like "nono, just take it that is good", so I did...), and then when they did that last update on the game and ran a promotion with it, when I went to look at the promo, I simply was able to get this edition of the game for free, and since I already had it, it turned into a gift code.

Alright. Well I obviously don't mind if people talk and get off topic here as long as it is kept civil.

Oh and also. Please don't speak for me. It is no problem if you explain to people about the rules etc (in a polite way) but don't do it in my name or anything.
