In this case there's already two Torchlight copies in the giveaway, so your name dropping probably won't have negative effects, but in general mentioning a popular game can lead to game-requesting before it's even been added, and that is strongly frowned upon, which is why the "don't post the names" rule is there. But yeah, anyway, again best to contact moonshineshadow via PM. (And thanks for your generosity with also donating game codes!) :)

Cavalary: Well, you don't "run" for a game, there's no draw or some other selection. It's first come first served, be it nomination or request, they're treated exactly the same (just with a limit of a game per month for an user). Just that this is a giveaway normally, as the OP says there in bold, for the active community only, as in people who regularly post outside giveaway threads.
However, an exception was made for these codes that expire and a few other games that don't seem to be wanted by any of the users who'd normally be eligible, so moonshineshadow asked for people to look for any other users who have them wishlisted, the only requirement being to have an account created before this month and a post of at least three sentences made also before this month. And BenKii did what he usually does, scouring the forums for dozens of such users to nominate.
You were among the ones found :) So if you want what you were nominated for, just tell moon that and you'll get the code to redeem (if you weren't already sent it, not sure how that's handled in these cases). If you'd prefer something else that's on the "bestsellers" list (check bottom of OP) and still available (check main list in OP), I guess you could say that too.

Oh, just noticed the creation date of E.V.O.R's account. Sorry, not eligible even for "bestsellers" I guess. You could nominate others though, if that's what you meant.
