Never played the first Gabriel Knight, which is weird that I missed it seeing as I'm a massive fan of the point and click genre and I've played so many. Looking forward to trying it out, thanks again!

In other news I finished "The Way" and my head is spining.
few things about game.
- Goto settings -> controls and turn auto-run ON
- Don't jump too far. Seriously, you will die. I mostly died because of it.
- If playing in windowed mode game will crash on I think 2nd level where you need a triangular artifact to open a huge gate.
- Game has no multiple savepoints and it only saves at checkpoints. Some checkpoints are shot while other are long.
- Game don't have hints about puzzles or how to kill bosses that makes it challenging. As in first few levels you have to figure out yourself that what are you doing or going to do to save your tiny pixelated ass from that thing.
- It has linear gameplay. Which means there is only one way to finish a level. However there are few "choice making" stuffs but it wont effect endgame.
- If I say anything else it will spoil fun.
- Game is good enough if you like Tomb Raider.

My score is 8/10 and I will play it again. :)

That game looks very interesting. I like the way it shows scale. You look quite small next to the scenery.
Would you say it is it is more an adventure game, a puzzle game or a platformer?

Thank you for the game, lol! I have Star Trek's 25th anniversary on CD still to this day. It was a great little adventure game... but you know what? I don't think I ever finished it!

Today being the last day of the sale, I had been going through bundles and individual titles deciding what I might possibly pick up today from my wishlist, with some being for sure, and others being maybe/whimsical buys. I got a few bundles and titles early this morning got locked out of buying by GOG's anti-fraud service that has a hair trigger so I was unable to purchase any more off of my potential buys list. I was doing individual game or bundle per transaction with gift codes to myself to hold onto to eventually redeem, or to potentially give away in the future, but I suspect multiple buys of gift codes might have triggered their paranoid bot. :) Anyhow... This game was on my short list, and the account freeze got thawed around noon, and I was probably going to buy it within another hour when all of a sudden the gift landed in my inbox, a pleasant surprise on an already very wonderful day, so thanks for that! :o)
