If someone doesn't want Quake 1 and has a spare copy I would be more than happy to have it. I had a physical copy years ago and sadly lost it when I moved. I'm just asking if someone has a spare copy, I'm not asking anyone to spend any money.

I think you meant to post this here.

bler144: I tend to be 'meh' about roguelikes, but I really enjoyed Rogue Legacy. Good action/variation/humor kept me wanting to run back in and kill myself over and over.

And even though I wouldn't describe myself as particular good at platformers, I did manage to beat it with some practice/effort.

The dragonkin hero was the hardest one for me to play for that reason - the controls are different enough, and you can't draw that option frequently enough for me to ever feel practiced with it. Kept instinctually wanting to 'jump' at key moments which of course cancels flight which = death.
I love roguelikes but am not great at action platformers (ones with combat like Castlevania or something) but managed to clear Rogue Legacy (and really enjoy it).

I found it the complete opposite though, for me the dragonkin was an absolute cake walk and practically the only reason I won the game at all I think (expect against the last boss, where he was practically useless)

Being on holiday is just an irregular verb in English:
Past: "I have been on holiday"
Future: "I will be on holiday"
Present: "I am at work"

skimmie: I've been having a ton of fun with Rogue Legacy lately. It's a lovely take on Roguelike/Rogue lite gameplay.
Very much recommended, at least if you like platformers/run 'n gun/bullet hell hybrid kinda games.

Wonder how that would fly in English class...

I know right? Like homeboy the next door down got himself a Delorean and some plutonium. So we regularly go back to watch the Tunguska Event and sit on the hood like Wayne and Garth when they were at the airport.
