cecil: They sell the USB disk drives on Amazon for like $20 I thought???
avatar
JunglePredator: Hmm... well I haven't looked in a couple years honestly.
1st hit was $50 canadian... which is probably double the american price because amazon.
Here I find the cheapest one on a quick search for 55.9 RON ($14 / €12.4).

GioVio123: I never said I only putted things I wanted, I wanted equal opportunity of items from desire to undesire, and got the pick of Ultima 9, my process was simple, I choose what I wanted and didn't want, put them on a bowl and got the only option, I stick to my word, only Ultima 9, I am surprised however, I thought that was already stablished and explained it quite clearly.
Oh. Somehow missed that "and not" bit. Why risk picking something you don't want though, when there are things you do want and there may be others who want those you don't?
Think Gabriel Knight 20th An.is on Stooners wishlist.

mrkgnao: A suggestion:
Perhaps moonshineshadow can ask Judas to rename the thread from "The Community Giveaway" (which is confusingly similar "The GOG Community Gifting Thread") to "help, stuck in the game". If someone is really an active part of the community, he or she should eventually learn about the newly-named thread through hearsay, with the new name hopefully being less likely to attract non-regulars.
Actually sounds like a valid idea especially during times like now with the ongoing summer sale , the blood and wine hype and well maybe (depending if it's actually bc and not only mobile) the upcoming gwent game hype ^^ there seem to be quite a surge in new "regulars" which even fail reading the op all the time -.- or consider themselves regulars with 3 posts and registration date June 2016 ^^

PaterAlf: Not a bad idea, but in that case we would probably get drowned in questions about "The Witcher 3" (because no other game exists).
I volunteer to answer all the TW3 questions then until i go mad -.- - then we have to summon tiny to get me back into a sane state of mind -.- - well not sure if this is actually a good idea -.-

MarkoH01: So since the list now has been updated and there still seems to be a copy of "The Way" on it. I would like to request it if I may.
The OP has not been fully updated because of moon's limited wifi. She only added new games. She did not remove requested games yet. From her post: "I did not get to sending out anything".

Ah, then I got this wrong. I thought the list was updated but the games themselves were not send.

I like the renaming concept, but I'd suggest it be something a bit goofy, in the spirit of TBBBOB.

Something that regulars might click on out of curiosity, but nothing liable to invite confusion.

May I suggest "Moonshine's Moonshine-Shadowy Moondance" (MMSM) totally off the cuff?

Alternatively "Moonshineshadow joins Foo Fighters Tribute Band" just to keep yogsloth out.

Waffles vs. Pancakes? (answer is French Toast)

Pie vs. Cake? (answer is pie)

That way even if someone wanders in accidentally, at least they can easily join in.

How about "Pi, one digit at a time"?
I'll start: 3.

Nah... Pi is useful for causing computer problems though.
You tell something like Maple or Matlab to calculate it out to several million decimal points & the computer starts chugging like a bar fly. :-p (Unless they've changed it... last time I used Maple was about 10 years ago...)

Yeah, time to do something to get this guy out of this thread.
