mrkgnao: I guess these are some really scary mages:

HypersomniacLive: Or scared ones? Rage too much to handle?
I kind of thought that they must be very scary to frighten off such courageous goglodytes as mchack, celton, leonard, and phc.

Hahaha, I alluded the same. Or so I thought.
Until next week Friday updates will be a bit irregular due to work travelling. Will normally update most evenings, unless I'm too tired :P

Phc7006: Or just too busy drinking blood somewhere else / extending one's hegemony on central Italy / gardening / dealing with psychopaths, or rather, to remain p.c., hierarchical superiors, in real life maybe :-)
Exactly, I am running around hitting people with a severed arm of someone else, drinking blood and having the time of my life.*

Now I tried to make a screenshot of this but while playing to find a nice one, I went to the oceon hotel and there I actually got a bit scared :P Afraid of a ghost even though I'm supposed to be the (kinda) immortal vampire here ;)

*no not in real life. (Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines, works great in linux btw, with wine 1.9.9 - no tweaks needed)

good to know about the Wine part even if it still most likely isn't my kind of game :-)

Oh, they just aced that bit (and saw a best horror games ranking once that included VTMB solely for that part and said so). As long as the point was to pretty much crap yourself, I mean. Bonus, back then I played it at night, dark room, headphones...
Not really in the habit of asking for games, but since we can't buy Baldur's Gate classics anymore, I'd like to express my interest in Baldur's Gate 2 Complete. Thank you in advance for any consideration.

Still means you can't buy them. Have to spend twice as much for something else you don't want to get them as a bonus.

I'd like to nominate some people who have not been nominated in April:
jimbob0i0 for Afterlife
Sude for FTL: Advanced Edition
HiddenAsbestos for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat
Ikarugamesh for Leisure Suit Larry: Love for Sail!
UniversalWolf for Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
KasperHviid for The Dig

Terrapin2190: I'll nominate JunglePredator for Baldur's Gate II

Seems like a good guy.

My Baldur's Gate 2 discs are scratched to hell. 6 discs! What a pain that was.
Thanks to moonshineshadow for bring the post to my attention.... my name being mentioned didn't actually trigger any notices on GOG for me... is it supposed to?

I have to ask if that's BG2:EE or not? I'm actually after the EE editions of the Forgotten Realms games because I own the original versions already. (Baldur's Gate 2x actually... I too have the CDs & then a GamersGate edition as well).

If it's EE I'd happily accept. :-)

If not I'd say find some poor soul who hasn't played a cRPG & force him to play it. :-D

Thank you very much for Star Wars: Rebellion, revanbh! Also a big thank you to HypersomniacLive who nominated me for that game and to moonshineshadow for still running this huge and neverending giveaway!

Don't mention it. I find Rebellion to be one of the more addicting in Star Wars franchise, especially if you are into 4X strategy games. Where else can we crush Rebel scum even before building a first Death Star or Luke discovering his Jedi destiny. :)

Admittedly, SW:R isn't very accessible and has a bit of a learning curve. I heartily recommend reading the manual, if only for various shortcuts not demonstrated by the in-game help section.

Thank you Mrkgnao for tour generosity towards the community, and you HypersomniacLive, for nominating me, in the fist place, and of course to our host for the continued effort ! And yes, in the end, I couldn't resist the challenge of being scared ;-)

Thank you for the hint. I will look at the manual before I start playing.
