What could I add?
Is it related to the Wizard?
:p

Would the Witcher games count? You perform magic spells there (Signs, technically).
Also Heroes of Annhilated Empire.

The "Wizard" part was a joke. It's a running joke in the forum for a few days. :)

The Witcher games should fit, as you use magic "Signs", drink potions etc.
Heroes of Annhilated Empire - there are mages, spells etc.
The Elder Scroll games should fit the mix, although I have personally only played Daggerfall.

I would add more if I remember anything else.
Also would being able to cast spells be enough?
Quest for Glory series
Simon the sorcerer series
Gray Matter
The Night of the Rabbit
Legend of Kyrandia series
Gobliiins 1
Loom
Ziggurat
Realms of the Haunting
The Book of Unwritten Tales 1 & 2
Torchlight series

Oh, I see about joke part. Just a second to add Elder Scroll games, I missed your post.

EDIT: Spells or just be someone to cast spell like abilities.

TBH, it's still helpful, since some of us want to play as mages/wizards, and not all games have this option. I don't think you can be a mage in Gothic and mage like abilities really don't include all games.
I am not sure if something like The Void would count. It is such a different game from just about anything else.
The Lego Harry Potter games, I suppose...

Are Jedi mages?

Are secret agents with some psionic trickery up their sleeves (shooting fireballs and stuff)?
