Has anyone here experience with requesting a new winner function on Steamgifts? I have received no action on my request after 24 hours. Is that unusual?

I've never done this before. Thanks for your advice and information.

It can take a couple of days... remember that this is run by only a peep or two (I think)

I asked for a reroll only once and I had to wait 2 days. They tend to focus on reroll request so you shouldn't wait too long :D

From the FAQ:

"The submitter and winner(s) of the giveaway have seven (7) days to complete the gifting process. This includes the activation of the gift on the Steam account of the winner."

"The giveaway creator has 1 week to email it before you can mark the gift as "Not received". If it's been more than 24 hours since the giveaway ended try and add the giveaway host to Steam and remind them to send the gift."

I'd give it a bit more time. 24 hours is harsh as they could be traveling, working, etc.

I made a giveaway 2 months ago , and because of some bug on SG were created 2 giveaways , and I found out after they were ended.
I made a ticket to SG support to delete one of them , in 2 months no response ...

But I won one time a game twice in same day and the giver asked a reroll on one of them , solved in 2-3 days .
