A question regarding gifting.

Since Steam region locked gifting for certain countries is it possible to:
Gift US/UK <-> Germany?

Yes, I've gifted to German friends on Steam plenty of times without any issues.

A few select games maybe censored or uncensored versions (not a problem if trading from US/UK to Germany though, usually Germany is the one with censored games).

And very few US bought games are region locked, and can only be activated in the americas (canada/usa/mexico/etc.).

99+% if its from US/UK to Germany it should be fine.
