So we figured out in what order the remaining games are gonna get released?

sune42: I love Terry Pratchett. The world will loose an amazing mind when he's gone, but I heard his daughter was going to carry on writing Diskworld books.
avatar
JMich: I think Rhianna already has the rights to Discworld, but unsure if she'll write anything there or not. On the other hand, she had said that she's looking into the Discworld games' rights.
That could be interesting...

I want to play a wizard.

Stilton: That looks funny - I'd better learn German ;)
avatar
mc_leod: To be honest the film is not a good one
the first Otto from 1985 (gosh - getting old) is better
but german humor is generally not realy famous.
Nothing compareable to the wonderful black british stuff - not just the old Monty Pythons also your newer elite like
stuff of Shaun of dead almost everything with simon pegg or the numerous series.
And not to forget: *first i kneel down* the masters of humourous storywritting Douglas Adams Terry Pratchett etc.
I don't know what makes British humour so popular. There's a lot of it and the very best stuff is really good. I'm thinking of Python, Fawlty Towers, Alan Partridge, Morecambe and Wise, Peter Cook and Dudley Moore, The Goon Show, all the way back to Will Hay. There's a load of great stuff here. Its nice that not only the British appreciate it ;)

Alien8n: I speak to Rhianna now and then, I'm not aware of her doing any discworld books. She's very much promoting female game writers at the moment, has some really good commentary on where a lot of games designers go wrong.
I stand corrected. This was information passed to me from my ex husband. He liked to talk out his ass a lot, part of the reason why he's an ex I guess.

I think you mean a wizzard.
Ugh, just looked at the list and realised I had forgotten about The Book Of Unmoving Sales. The waters ahead are murky indeed. Now I recall what was so brutal about Insomnia last time - the first two rounds pass so smoothly, but by the third you know full well where the horrors lie.
avatar
Elinnea: Wow, Inquisitor was a quick one!
Nobody expects the Inquisition!
Hot damn. Inquisitor went fast.
If anyone is on the fence about Painkiller, here's my take:
If you like over the top, fast paced fps games with a dark, evil atmosphere, buy it now. If you like any sort of story or character development, skip it.
Oh! I've solved the mystery of the 2 1/2 dots on the ladybug!

Click the dots in the right order and it will take you to the freebie screen for Ether One!

I'll let you figure out the order, I wouldn't want to ruin *all* the surprise.

No, not really. But I wish it were true!

Vargavinter: So we figured out in what order the remaining games are gonna get released?
Nope, it's still the random pairs from the 2nd round. this is the 2nd of a pair so next could be any of the even numbered remaining games on the previous page

vulchor: I've seen some pretty funny German animated porn VHS when I was much younger. We live in an area that is 90%+ descendant from Scandinavian/German, and for some reason I always associated German humor with ridiculous cartoon pornography.
Do you live in MN?
Painkiller :D
Dang, I missed out for a while with "no healthy backends available". That doesn't sound pleasant.

We asked for it, so best buckle up! :D
