A good portion of new games is soon to join the GOG catalog – let’s take a good look at them!

Technotopia
Welcome to Technotopia, a city-builder card game. Take on the role of an AI designed to build a perfect city. Build districts, meet the needs of diverse communities and maintain the delicate balance between factions vying for control over you!

Speedollama
Speedollama is a fast platformer shooter that sets a new benchmark for speed in the genre. Bursting with quirky humor and vibrant pixelated carnage, this game is not for the faint of heart. Are you ready to embrace the chaos and prove your skills?

Kaiju Catastrophe
Crush, smash, and eat thousands of enemies showing humanity what the meaning of destruction is! Kaiju Catastrophe is an arcade game with roguelite mechanics. Mutate devastating weapons, unlock permanent evolutions, and wreak havoc with a variety of monsters to tear humanity apart!

Wishlist them now!
Okay. So when go on about Soon, do we mean "within this fiscal quarter" or "within 5 years"?

Looks generally interesting.
But the "roguelike/-lite" and the "card game/deck building" tags turn me off.
I may be getting it confused with something else, but I think the Kaiju game has been featured before, because it looked interesting.

But I remember the previously featured version having more attractive screenshots / looking more advanced.

Still in that 8 / 16 bit style, but a little cleaner looking.

I wonder if I am having a senior moment, or if there is another game like it out there?
Speedollama looks great. I love fast and furious platformers. Instantly wishlisted! The same developer/publisher also has another game on GOG called Clunky Hero, also a platformer. However, the reviews are unfortunately not very good and it's not as fast as Speedollama. I might give it a chance though since it's on sale.

"Take on the role of an AI"

Ha, who's laughing now?
Kaiju themed autoshooter? That's a great theming for the genre! Let's hope it's at least halfways fun. (Still waiting for one to be even close to Army of Ruin.)

I'll try Technotopia when it comes out, but this is a great place to plug one of my favorite games (available on itch; sadly not on GOG): Concrete Jungle (by ColePowered). It's a card-based puzzle-like with an overall cross-game unlock treadmill option too.

*Gets out coin and flips it*
*Coin lands on it's edge*
To be determined?

A lot of people manage to successfully pass the Gnirut test without even trying, so I wouldn't be worried.

What about the Gnu/Root test?

I'd guess both would pass at, statistically, similarly low rates. But the humans would then make a lot more actual damage, so could be detected fairly easily...

100% same here.
Technotopia and Kaiju Catastrophe look interesting. Wishlisted.
The Kaiju game looks interesting, I had never heard of it.
