You could say say that perhaps something from Maxwells's original research papers got lost in the translation, but no, this is pseudoscience at best.

The electric and the magnetic wave propagates exactly 90 degrees offset to each other, so this might be what these "pseudoists" means when they smack talk about science...

The problem with this "technobabble" is that science-illierate people think they've struck gold and starts shouting about this, free energy and other nonsense.

That said - yes, there have been, and there still exists hidden experiments on animals/humans, but don't fall into this pseudoscience. But, you've not linked to a single credible scientific paper about these so-called "scalar waves".

We use this to describe magnitude and direction of a particle or an object, both in 2D and 3D models. A vector is a physical quantity having magnitude and a direction. For example, a force acting on a body is a vector. A scalar is a physical quantity having a magnitude but no direction, like mass.

Hollywood keeps forcing people to sit in certain chairs in their homes at certain times, but I gather that they are attempting to expand their control options.
