Themken: Now this one has style. Not sure if it is my style but still.

So it is a mobile game trilogy that is also available for the pc. Does it feel like it should have stayed on the mobile? Come to think of it, modern mobiles are like pcs anyway.
It's always been a PC game first. It's no different from any other modern smart cursor p'n'c game.

Alright. Thanks!
Highly recommended, especially chapter 2. Don't know about three yet, only partway through.

Funny thing, that. About a week ago the price of Chapter 2 on Steam went from 11,99 to 19,99 without explanation.

I'm normally suspicious of episodic games, but I do like the look of this one. Wishlisted for the moment.

Indeed. But you could also do this to get a better deal:

Humble: (discounted price, only 2 hours left) TJD Part I and II € 4,99
Steam: (discounted price) TJD Part III: around € 15

= € 19,99

gixgox: You can download a version from 2010 (the very beginnings???) from Adventure Game Studio:
The Journey Down: Over the Edge
Totally off-topic, but I've been wanting to ask this for a long time: what's wrong with the AGS website/forum? Am I the only one that always gets totally unformatted (and thus quite unreadable) pages? It doesn't seem to load any CSS style sheet, has it got one?
While I appreciate the release, I also have no real interest in buying this (definitely not right now, maybe in a very good sale).
I already own the first two episodes on Steam.
And for just the third episode, the price is too high.
(and I don't think, I'll ever replay the first two episodes, so...)

Does that console thingy in the web browser not tell you? It is a bit over my head but I have opened the console by mistake a couple of times.

Yeah, that's why I know it's not loading any CSS style sheet. But I was wondering whether that could be due to something on my end, rather than to theirs.
It's you. For me it looks just fine.

It works fine for me. Are you blocking JavaScript or something? I am on really thin ice here though as a fair warning, meaning I know precious little about the subject.

Worked in Internet Exploder 11 also.

As a longtime fan of the series, let me just say that I'm really glad to see this game finally completed :)

It's such a precious love-letter to the classic point'n'clicks of yore but with a strong identity of its own. Fantastic music too.
