Quake and doom loved those games. Today is a joy for me but not the wallet with the elder scrolls bought as well

viperfdl: Didn't one of the Doom games originally contain secret Wolfenstein - levels? Before Bethesda changed or deleted them for the BFG-Edition.

Grargar: Doom 2's secret levels were modified to remove swastikas, the portraits of Hitler and to change the SS-soldiers to zombiemen.
Thanks Germany
Most excellent addition, well done indeed!! \o/
whoa, deffo gonna pick up doom later. Not sure about quake though even if i have heard nice things about it.
Awesome!!!!!
Best games ever made!
Epic releases on the ID games; Doom never gets old and with all the assorted mod content out there...
Will Quake & Doom MP3 & FLAC game soundtracks will be added as extra bonuses in the future? I would like to see it happen.
I've still got my copy of Ultimate Doom and Doom III, but lost my CD of Doom II years ago. Glad I can finally re-collect the series. Very cool seeing them finally show up here.
Not that I'm ungrateful, but without Quake 2 this bundle looks incomplete. Like Geralt without Roach, Dandelion without women, Zoltan without alcohol, Yennifer without bossing around...

Besides, are Q1 addons there or not? I like that laser cannon from one of them. I think I still have disk with it at my parents home. :D

Nergal01: Yeah, Doom 2 has two Wolfenstein-themed secret levels. These were modified for the BFG version to remove any nazi symbols. HOWEVER, as far as I know, the stand-alone version of Doom 2 on Steam is completely uncensored. I'n not entirely sure about that, though. Would be interesting to know what GOG is selling here, exactly.
Yeah, the BFG edition also removed the red-crosses from all the medkits and swapped them for pictures of pills and maybe a green-cross. Screenshots on the game-card don't show this (medkits still have the red cross on 'em), so DOOM II might be the uncensored version. I have not bought it (yet), so I can't be sure on that.

They are the pre-BFG Edition DOS versions (aka the uncensored versions) of the games. Enjoy the swastikas and red crosses in all their glory!
Awesome release. It pleases me that Doom II's bundle price is $6.66. :D

Now we need some GOG deathmatch servers set up. ;)

I would love to see more id make it here, maybe some Commander Keen next?
Wow, those are quite expensive... quite too much I should say.

Still, about time those got on good OLD games.
I was going to buy these then I realized it's Windows only. I can understand not adding linux support to a new game but removing it from games that already have them.... am disappointed
