Fantastic Beasts And How to Slay Them.

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen, the monster-hunting epic that keeps challenging you with dynamic encounters, is now available, DRM-free on GOG.com, with a 60% launch discount.

Tackling monsters shouldn't be just a roadblock in your epic adventure - it should be the very essence of it. In this massive open-world RPG every fight is its own reward thanks to the dynamic mechanics and deep customization. Train and upgrade your A.I. controlled pawns to fight alongside you or share them online with other adventurers and get rewarded for their exploits.

The 60% discount will last until June 20, 1PM UTC.

NOTE: The game comes with full GOG Galaxy support including Cloud saves, leaderboards, and achievements. Additionally, both the Pawn system and Ur Dragon work exactly as in the Steam version. Keep in mind, however, that the GOG Galaxy servers are separate from the Steam ones, meaning that this is a fresh start.

Watch the trailer.

Themken: What was that mention in the video trailer about 60 frames/s? A warning that it is capped at that? I have seen monitors with higher refresh rates showing up more even if I doubt they are that common yet.
The original releases were capped at 30 fps on consoles. The PC version has a 150 fps cap.
Calm down GOG

We already love you, there's no need to exhaust yourself.
OMG! Neo Geo, Bethesda and Dragon's Dogma almost simultaneously?

Seems like The Sims aren't too far away.

trifecta5700: I already own this but very nice addition to the GOG catalog.

Now will someone fly to Japan and bonk the suits over the head who are blocking RE1-3/Dino Crisis 1-2 for being repackaged on PC(at least that's the scuttlebutt)? Maybe GOG should make a deal with Capcom and make the old-school PS1 horror classics GOG exclusive.
What's up with those games anyway? Licensing issues?
This is one of my all time favorite games. I can't believe it's on here. Does the online pawn stuff work? I have to know cause that was the one reason I didn't ever think it would show up here on GoG. I figured when Capcom ported it over from the Playstation the whole online borrowing of pawns would be tied to steam somehow.

I really want to buy it from here but I am most likely waiting for a deeper discount. I have already finished this game with to completion I think (well over 100+ hours lol). But I will buy it again here only because I want it for my DRM-Free archive.

I've been wanting this game for awhile, and actually haven't purchased it elsewhere yet. Procrastination pays off again/ Having said that, I won't procrastinate and will go buy this now.

What I'd like to see from Capcom more than anything is ports of their PS2 era classics. They were a top tier publisher/developer back then with games like Viewtiful Joe, God Hand, Devil May Cry 1-3 (3 would need to be reported a la RE4), RE Code Veronica, Onimusha...

Welp, now if those ever come to fruition we're more likely to get DRM Free versions!
Wow very nice, I've always wanted to try this!

No resting until the Mass Effect Trilogy is here. :)
Never heard of this but seems like an interesting game although the trailer doesn't show much gameplay. Wishlisted.

Well it's not Qsound, that's in titles that have been repackaged already.
How does multiplayer pawn's works? Is it along to GoG users?
