We know them, we love them, and they’re about the get better than ever – DOOM + DOOM II, now available in one, neat pack, is out on GOG!

Developed by id Software, and originally released in 1993, DOOM pioneered and popularized the first-person shooter, setting a standard for all FPS games. The critically acclaimed sequel, DOOM II, followed in 1994. Now the definitive, newly enhanced versions of DOOM and DOOM II are available as a combined product.

Buying DOOM + DOOM II you’ll get access to a variety of content, expansion packs, as well as a series of notable improvements.

Now on GOG!

Worth noting: If you owned DOOM (1993) and/or DOOM II, you’ll receive DOOM + DOOM II for free.
This is sold for $9.99 in the USA. So why is the price $10.22 here in Mexico?
For now it doesn't say owned...

I don't want to re-buy that

Before someone decides to purchse this version. :)
It's not showing as owned for me, but it'll probably get fixed soon.

DX12 this a joke, right?

How do you know? I don't see it in my account. There's free DOOM Enhanced and DOOM II Enhanced, but they were there long before today. Are they the same or is this something different again?

It's the last line of the first post. It's not owned for me and not in the library at the moment.

Oh, okay, I missed that. Sorry.
Interesting, it is nice to see the updated package here. Thank you Bethesda and GoG.

On a side note, it is a bit strange that - based on description - Romero's SIGIL is part of this release, but SIGIL 2 is not. I guess the WAD can be manually installed, but the omission is strange.

No problem. I was confused at first because it isn't mentioned on the game page.

It seems SIGIL 2 is available via the mod manager with a bethesda account.

the same price in Brazil. I didn't know that the economy in Latin America was better than in Uncle Sam's land

Okay. I have Doom II Enhanced, The Ultimate Doom, Final Doom, Doom II + Master Levels, and Doom I Enhanced. I don't have the new version.

You'll still have the old exes and IWADs that can be used with source ports. Something like GZDoom or DSDA-Doom should be able to play the new content. I can't test for now because I don't want to spend ten bucks on something I'm supposed to get for free, though.

Classic GOG release issue. Just wait. It'll show up at some point depending on how fast they fix the problem.
This will be a new entry or an updated entry in our libraries?
